Victim Outreach Intervention Center (VOICe) provides confidential services at no cost to individuals and families who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes.

VOICe works within Butler County, Pennsylvania, to bring about social change and to provide survivors with the ability to take control of their lives.
