Victim Outreach Intervention Center offers civil legal representation. The goal of this free and confidential service is to provide:

  • Responsive, effective legal representation to survivors of domestic violence,
  • Enhance their safety as they negotiate the civil legal system,
  • Implement comprehensive seamless access to civil justice for survivors of domestic violence,
  • Eliminate barriers for survivors seeking civil legal assistance, and,
  • Help survivors of domestic violence become self-sufficient maintain strict client confidentiality.

CLR Guidelines include:

  • Civil legal issues only
  • Income guidelines
  • Survivors of domestic violence only
  • Residents of Butler County

CLR includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custody
  • Divorce
  • Immigration
  • Landlord/tenant issues
  • Legal options
  • Protection From Abuse (P.F.A.) orders
  • Support
